Account not Paid!!

There is a HUGE lack of service! There is an account that hasn't been paid for months which i constantly have to query about! This account has now been handed over to Lawyers!!!! Its ridiculous!!! I get a 5 word response to my email and then no feedback! Every time i try phone them there is no answer.
