Unresolved Debtco matter

After calling for several days without any response, i decided to visit my bank and reversed the debited amount. Unfortunately i could only manage to recover money for only one month. Then my portfolio manager decided to give me a call because of the obvious reason (money was not in the bank). I was so angry and decided to confront her about their **** (selling the product under false pretence). The manager promised that she will talk to her manager about my situation and revert back to me, that was last week Thursday and to date i am still awaiting the response. This is really buying time, i need this matter sorted and my name removed from ITC, so that everything can go back to normal period. I do not want anything to do with them in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.
