No feedback, no response, dont care

I am currently under Debt review with Debtcor, and I have been struggling to get anyone to actually acknowledge my emails, I have requested a review of my repayments, requested change of address and have done this via email and tried phoning them, the phone just rings and they DONT answer their emails or even acknowledge they have received my emails. I am struggling to pay the amount I was initially quoted off as my personal circumstances changed, I had to move rapidly and have higher petrol costs getting to work as well as having to pay extra bills in order to keep a roof over my head. Despite me trying to get them to assist they ignore me, this is horrid customer service and I would say stay away from these guys. I also noticed one of my repayments is over R100000 which is impossible as I did not owe the company anywhere near that,, but yet again they didn't answer my query as to the amount I supposedly owe. ]I am trying to get debt free and they just don't care.
