Misrepresentation of the services by Debtco group

In April 2020 i was contacted telephonically by several consultants from Debtco group saying that they are working together with government especially during this pandermic of COVID-19 to assist the working class South Africans to reduce their debts. They indicated that they are assisting consumers in negotiating reasonable interest rates with their creditors especially during this stressful period and they were also willing to do that for me. I was under the impression that i am being assisted in terms of debt consolidation and not debt review. I am currently admitted to study MBA with one of the reputable institutions in South Africa but to my surprise, i only find myself unable to register because of my credit record. The institution is under the impression that i am unable to pay my fees because i am blacklisted. This situation has already disadvantaged me in so many ways, i presume i will be unable to buy my house next year because of this *****ed status/ reputation. I found this kind of business and agreement with Debtco unacceptable as i did not ask for the debt review, i take it, i was approached under false pretence. I would like for this process to be reversed and nullified so that i go back to normal. I find myself cheated from the process as i was sold a lie, i am very very upset because my dream of studying is disappearing into thin air, disgrundled.
