DISGUSTING

I was contacted by a Ms Diane Karam from her debt collecting agency on 10 September 2018, stating she has been trying to get ahold of me for quite some time... which is ironic as my email has been the same for over 10 years. She is unwilling to assist and doesn't get back to you when raising queries and certain discrepancies. One constantly needs to follow up with her and beg for answers yet only to be met with hostility, severely unprofessional and rude behavior. Appalling that the "big" life companies in SA make use of her knowing full well the manner in which she conducts herself.
