Diane Karna....bad behaviour

Diane Karna is so rude I am struggling to get an arrangement letter can't get employment even lost an opportunity twice yesterday I went to her offices she didn't even give me an opportunity to see her and told me to make an appointment and she will only be available after 2 weeks.
