Diane karam is not a good person to work with

Terrible I must say.

Firstly she does not communicate, I simply received summons for a debt is had with sanlam. Diane Karam did not communicate that she took over the debt. Fine, u offer to settle with R500 payments untill I am back on my feet but, she demands R1500 a month for a R14k debt... R1500 of which is 10% way above my monthly salary. I sent bank statements and payslips. She is threatening, rude and she harrases people. She needs to be and I have reported her to CFDC.

I don't understand why Sanlam associates themselves with Diane and her company. She lacks professionalism.
