DIANE KARAM

There is a lady by the name of DIANE KARAM who is apparently a director of her debt collecting company.She is extremely rude and unprofessional in dealing with clients.I am requesting her to supply me with a debt arrangement letter as I am willing to commit to paying only R500 monthly towards my debt.She is pressurising me to pay her a lumpsum yet I am unemployed and neee this letter to submit to my potential employer, but she is refusing and depriving me of my right as a client.She is causing unnecessary pressure and is not treating me fairly as a client.I have thread mail whereby she is trying to convince and pressurising me to accept something that I never committed to.May you please deal with her accordingly as I am about to lose outvon an opportunity of getting employment because of her.If she is refusing then I will never be able to pay for the debt and she should clear the debt from my name as she is refusing me my right to commit to paying for it.She is really rude and unprofessional.May I get assistance, I have forwarded to her all my details and have made my request numerous times via email.Please can she be professional for once in her life, I have told her a couple of times that I am in no position of nursing her emotions as I am the one getting affecter by this debt and not her.So may she please grant me my letter of arrangement as I have requested of her.
