Default Listing

I have been a financial advisor with Sanlam I resigned and later was contacted by the lady from Debtcor Diane Karam informing me that my debt that has been handed over to her and demanding that I make immediate payment of R38 691.03.Email was received on 2022/12/06.On her email she states that registered letter was send me on 21/11/2022 which I never received I tried negotiating with her so many times that I cannot afford to pay that amount I can make a payment arrangement.She pressurized me to make 3000 per month which I told her I can afford 1000.She send me another email whereby she was pressurizing me to accept her payment terms which I did not commit.I asked to speak with someone else I was told she works alone in the company.She is extremely rude and unproffessional.She refused and deprived me of my rights as client. I stopped talking to her and I was hit with a Default listing with amount now of R81000.I cannot get work in any financial sector because of it.
