Debtcor's legitimacy questioned

I am dealing with DEBTCOR and wonder if they are even legitimate.A simple request as to find out the approximate time(month/ year) my Debt review will end,do not get an answer..what the hell are these supposed debt counsellors think they are doing..I can mention names,but will leave this for my legal team.
