Debt*******ion is the real name

I'm shocked at the reviews/comments being made about DebtCo. I wish I had done my research about this company before applying with them. Nobuhle some sales lady sold me this damn policy and ensured me all will be well. She said the reduced repayments will help me save more. It seemed so at first until my creditors came to me after 3 months saying they haven't received payment. I sent emails to DebtCo, multiple emails, but not a damn person got back to me. I called and was kept waiting for long on the phone only to be disconnected at the end without even speaking to my ****** useless debt counsellor (Alice). She only called and sms'ed to acknowledge receipt of my debt order. I never heard from her after 3 months. And thanks to DebtCo and car will be repossessed because my account is in arrears. I've never skipped a payment before joining them. They promised to make life easier for me but they made it worse. I was handling my debts very well I must say. I go a better job than them. They debited my account for 4 months for an amount of R3 450.76 which comes to a total of R13 803.04 which all just went down the drain. i was fortunate enough to reverse the last debit order, which means they took from me R10 352.28 Now they sending lawyers saying I owe them for the debit order I reversed and I should pay before they take legal action. The only time DebtCo contacts you is if they want money. They don't really care about you as an individual and your financial difficulties. They just add to your financial burdens. So be careful of DebtCo. DO NOT JOIN OR APPLY WITH THEM FOR DEBT COUNSELLING. Unfortunately I cannot get back my 10k, it's a lesson for me. But they won't get any more money from me. They can come after me with their lawyers. They have ruined my reputation already. My name is already *****ed. I'm in more financial burden which I have to see myself out. As for the debit order I reversed, you will not get any payment from me DebtCo, as far as i am concerned, I don not owe you. You failed me as a client. You did not have my best interests at heart. I was cooperative, you guys were not and yet I must still suffer. You called me to help me, now you guys are my enemy. The world can do much better without people like you in it. My final word to you DebtCo is that you can all go jump!
