Debtcor Diane Kamar disabling me from getting employment and destroying my life

I have been a financial advisor for 16 years, but due to unfortunate circumstances have been unemployed for the last year. I have lost everything I own and have moved back to my mother living in a small outside room. I have 1 default on my name and need a payment arrangement letter from them in order to get employment again and had an opportunity with new employer now, provided I have a letter from Debtcor with a payment arrangement. Diane Kamar demanded that I make an immediate payment of R100 000 from someone who is unemployed. I tried to negotiate with her in so many ways even offering that when I get the job from new employer they can deduct a smaller lump sum directly from my salary and pay her and still this was unrealistic and unacceptable to her and demanded I pay a lump sum now before she provides me with the payment arrangement letter so I can get the job as without the letter I will basically be financially disabled and not able to get a job in my industry again thus destroying my life even further financially. I now have lost the opportunity with the new employer as she refuses to even contact them so she can see I am serious and want this resolved ASAP. I have urged her to take me to court as the Magistrate will see I have nothing to my name and Diane Karam has disabled me from get employment and will then get NOTHING and waste her own money on legal fees unnecessarily. I can't believe there are such evil people out there that won't assist someone trying to make things right and destroying someone's life even furthermore.
