Debt review without a concern

Debtco allowed to husband to apply and be in debt review without my concern as the spouse ,whereby we are married in community of property and according to the law of our marriage I was supposed to give concern as this is a very serious matter...and now their legal department cannot even assist in the matter, claiming that they have never had such a case before...Guys be carefull of them
