Debt review flag

I entered debt review and cancelled before it deducted because my wife did not agree with it and did not see a need because we could afford our debts. I paid you your cancellation fee 2 months back and the flag still reflects at the bureau.. You have been saying I must call the NCR meaning I am doing your job.. I need you to remove the flag within 48 hours if not attended to I will take further actions... Please do not call me I need everything in writing from now on
