BADDY

i had a default listing by Debtcor , on 17/02 /2015 i paid it off and was removed from ITC on 19/02/2015. to my surprise, Debtcor listed me again for the same account as a judgement on the 25/03/2015. Upon my enquiry Debtcor told me that the process had already started when i settled my account. i requested a settlement letter and removal from ITC but Debtcor refused although they acknowledged that my account is up to date. i went to Transunion for assistance but they said DEbtcor is wrong but they cannot remove me because Debtcor must instruct them to do so which they refused. Transunion said there is nothing they can do to assist me. I went to the Magistrate court which they said they obtained the Judgement from but upon my enquiry \ JUDGEMENT WAS NOT OBTAINED". The court told me that they are not allowed to tell the CREDIT BUREAU that JUDGEMENT was not obtained so they advised me to get a lawyer to assist me."""
