Appalling and blatantly rude employees

I am appalled at the telephonic service on O ********** 7O I have just had with two people from this company. They are unapologetically rude. When all I wanted to know was where is the owing amount coming from I was verbally abused by the second woman I spoke to, telling me that she only priorities on clients with big amounts and ended up throwing the phone in my ear. With all due respect, nobody deserves to be treated like such. I wrote to them "contact us" link requesting for service but have not received any feedback. These people are ******** and ********** that should not be allowed to run a business in this peaceful country. If this is a real company whoever owns it or has invested in it must wake up and see that the people running that business during the day are to ruining the company's potential and its reputation.
