Wesbank Refund

I am not happy with how they are handling my profile. I paid off wesbank account in January before they can even receive a share of their monthly installment. But Debtco group is failing to get my refund back which January installment that was not supposed to be sent to Wesbank. It's been 3 months now. It's unfortunate I can't get it myself because the account is handled by Debtco. As we speak I'm still waiting for my refund and it hasn't reflected in my bank account as promised by Anathi that I will receive my money within 5 to 10 working day. I want my money back.
