Violation of my personal information
I received a call from them and they have all my personal information without telling them and the guy who called said he wanted to perform an affordability assessment with regards to my debts while still holding I received an SMS with my full names and I'd saying that I have consented them to do a compuscan credit report on my behalf and the consultant told me about my debts and the money I am paying he then gave the phone to the other person who told me that she will send me the documents to sign so that they will send to the creditors I ended up lying to them that Iam not using a smart phone she then requested me to find a number that she will send the documents and I did not agreed to any of this as I do not have a problem in paying my debts I am still waiting for their call and i am not feeling ok about this knowing that they have my personal information without giving any information to them. This is however only part of the statement we want to address, it is not in our or your interest to have clients who are not over indebted, there are legal avenues to follow, and we have to be compliant to that by law.
Once you stipulate that you are not interested, the entire file is deleted off our system, the Finwise application and any other platform. we do not seek clients who can pay their bills, we have a true passion to try and assist people who are in financial difficulty and it is our mission and passion to try and assist them in negotiating with their creditors on their behalf , getting the legal process and court orders in place and distributing funds on the client's behalf in their quest to minimise stress and ultimately achieve financial freedom in the process
