Slow service from Debtco Group
Hello Peter, I am still waiting for Debtco Group to clear my name of Debt review.They are delaying to send the required documents to NCR.They service is very slow.Please help me so they quickly do what is required.I have sending them emails they move back and forth.

This is NOT a Debtco Group problem, once you have your clearance certificate after paid up letters have been submitted. All creditors have to issue paid up letters, then the entire file is submitted to the NCR and other credit beauros, this is OUT of our hands and the process can take some time *a few months * for your details to be updated.

26 Mar 2025, 17:28I have submitted all documents to Debtco lady, she does not answer my calls nor emails.She just disappeared.Debco service is poor.The is no sense of agency.They need submit documents to NCR buy they are too slow.
