Poor Service

I have recieved a email from NCR telling me that they Debtco had not submitted all documents required for clearance of my name on debt review.However, Debtco Group indicated they sent all documents.It seems as if Debtco is not telling the truth.I have forwarded them the email from NCR but they do not respond.
