Poor service (debtco group)

I called the company and informed them that according to transunion I’m still flagged as under debt review although I was cleared in 2022 January. I asked that they request ITC to clear my name as per the advice by transunion but The consultant is very rude and doesn’t listen. She keeps saying I’m cleared despite me explaining what transunion told me. I am unable to make credits currently but Debtco group is not helping me!!!!!
