Poor Customer Service Experience!

Debtco Group is the worst debt counselling company, they went on with debt review application without me giving them a go ahead but now under status description it says 'application for voluntary debt restructuring'. This thing has been there on my credit report for months now and I wasn't even aware of it. It's been two weeks now I sent them an email requesting for help I haven't got any response yet. They are very unprofessional, and they don't give a damn thing about consumers. Debtco Group is now reflecting on my credit report as Debt Restructuring contact person Bernard Alice Dawn their Boss. They can affect debit orders such as vehicle finance installments, an account end up in arrears and my credit score has dropped I'm now a risk to financial institutions and money lenders. They'll call you hundred times to offer you a debt review and subsequently, they're not answering their phones it's vice versa you'll be calling them hundred times to ask for a clearance certificate. I wouldn't recommend Debtco Group even to my worst enemy!
