Please remove my name from the credit rators

Debtco has placed my name under debt review this causing my credit rating/applications to not increase or get updated.

I am forced to buy everything cash as I cannot open any new account due to "under debt review"

Mind you I do not use/have any debt restructuring with Debtco, their call center and emails as numerous as I attempted calling, there is no answer but the system automated response.
