Please help me cancel this Debtco Cape Town group service immediately.

Hi I received a call from debtco today 10/11/2020 Ihave forgotten the agent's name I spoke to. I have but he obtained my credit report from Compuscan and said monthly installments can be reduced. I have I asked him several times if this is debt review. He said it is not credit review it's just to better to my credit score. LHe is a sounded genuine confirmed my details I'd number and bank details. He is he said no it was an assessment where ncr protects consumers from paying high interest rates and I appear on the database as one of the affected consumers. I received links by Sms to sign a document. I have but after some consideration I have decided to not go through with what debtco Cape Town group is offering. I did contact them on the number provided. I have the lady that answered said if I get a confirmation call I should let them know I am not interested in their services. My contact number *** /***
