MISLEADINGLY PUT ON DEBT REVIEW

On 14 Oct 2024 I received a call from one of their representative called Sandiso/Nancy. She proposed that they would represent me & negotiate on my behalf to reduce my interest rate and ultimately my monthly premiums as I was being over-charged. She stated that there are different types of debt reviews and mine will not affect my credit card usage and will not prevent me from taking out loans if the need arises. She termed it as debt consolidation.

I was assigned a portfolio manager called Claudia whom I spoke to over the phone and on Whatsapp telling her that I have been mislead into being put on debt review. I provided her with evidence of such and agreed that indeed I was **** to & that their cancellations department will contact me the following day. Their cancellations department has not contacted me and now she is ignoring me on Whatsapp.

I have made it clear to them that I do not need to be on debt review as I have no challenges paying my debts and I have not missed any of my monthly payments.

I need you guys to immediately send a form 17.2 rejection to all the debtors you sent the 17.2 letter to so that the debt review status can be reversed. What you guys are doing is a **** for a business that looks legit & there are many people who could use your services but I am currently not one of them.
