False recruitment processes

This company is a ******* claiming to be government agencies helping with reducing interest on government employees payments. They then go on to blacklist your name by claiming you cannot afford to pay your instalments and never answer their calls or respond to email. This company needs to be investigated as their call agents uses tricks and falsified information to recruit clients by lying to them claiming they are overcharged on interest then go on to register them under debt review which destroys their lives completely. I am yet to receive a clearance letter from them and they haven't responded to my email and their phone is never answered.
