Failure to distribute the money to creditors

I joined Debtco group for debt review in November 2024.First deduction was in December 2024.On 25February 2025 I received an email from one of my creditors informing me that my account is in arrears, I tried to contact Debtco bcoz they also received an email as it was cc to them but with no success. Then I called this specific creditor and they told me that the 1st payment to them was due on the 15th of February and it was never distributed to them hence the arrears. I kept on trying to contact them until I got hold of the lady who informed me that I was in arrears prior joining them of which that is not the case the issue here is that they never distributed the money when I told her that I called the creditor myself she said she will get back to me. I am still waiting the hour has passed but still quiet. I suspect that I have been ****med here.
