Document ***** to get more customers.

I receive a phone call from the company convincing me to get my debt to be reduced. after a long discussion, I then realize that they want me to join debt review in which i rejected the offer after few month all my debit order didn't go through, when i make follow up i was surprised that i have app**** for debt review with Debtco group cape town. I then phone the company to request the recordings of the phone call and the proof of accepting their offer. The company failed to play back the recordings and the proof of signature. Then the company requested me to pay them cancellation fee in which i didn't agree because i knew that i didn't agree or accept anything from them. Then the company send me 17.2 forms to clear my name. within a minutes the company send me again a letter to say the company has suspended provision of service due to non-cooperation. Then Debt counsellor remains debt counsellor on record. After one and half year later the company send me the document with copy and paste signature as a proof of my acceptance in which the document itself has many discrepancies that shows it was for someone else (*****ulent documentation) Even today i am still asking myself how did they get my signature.
