Disappointed
These people don't deserve any stars.. They promise to help you pay off debt but they put you in more debt. I have been getting calls from debt collectors cause Debtco failed to pay an account. I hav another account that is in arrears for R25000. I just need to know what are they doing with my money? Why are my messages not being responded to? My calls get cut after giving my ID number... Maybe if I stop my payments then someone will call me hey?

21 Jul 2021, 14:29Afternoon... I still have not received any feedback from you.. However, I finally got a response from a Zanele, that has promised 2 assist, but as always she has not gotten back 2 since 7 July and I am still getting calls from debt collectors. I am tired of lying for DebtCo.
And I would also like to know who will pay for the accounts that are in arrears because of DebtCo??

The debt review process is a legal process, the full process , timeline and costs are stipulated in detail on our website with the same address as our company name.
Your creditors will receive new offers in favor of the client in the sense of renegotiating terms and even renegotiating interest rates where possible.
Once approved, it is a court order to then distribute funds as agreed to by the creditors.
As long as the client keeps their installments up to date DebtcoGroup will endeavor to do our utmost to ensure that you are guided through the process to financial freedom.
We will however investigate the problem with the lack of communication and recognise the level of frustration you must have. For that, we sincerely apologize.
We will contact you and ensure that you updated regularly.
