Debtco is a ****, they put people debt review for no reason.

On the 24th of June 2020 I was called by a consultant of Debtco. She told me that she sees that I'm paying a high interest on my debts, more than what I am supposed to be paying. And she offered to assist me. And I asked what is in for her and her company that they go around offering to assist people like. She said that they company get good reputation in helping. And I said I'm not convinced. She said they get money from previous money that I was paying to that specific company with a high interest, the difference. And she told me that the companies that I was owing will call me to confirm to me what she said. Then I said ok because I want to hear now from the side of my companies that I'm paying very month if this was true. I heard nothing from them until the 15th of July 2020 my pay day when I saw the new deduction that I didn't know on my account. I was shocked because I was still waiting for my companies to alert me. So I did a reversal of that amount. Because that was not what we agreed on. And later on my surprise that I was placed on credit review without my consent. And I heard previously asked Lindiwe the consultant of Debtco on 24th June 2020 if this won't happen and she promised that nothing like that would happen. Now I can't open any account because of their company that ****med me.
