DEBTCO IS A ****

There is a portion of the amount I pay monthly that is not being paid to my creditors. I need to know why as I have never missed a payment before signing up for this debt review process. I am incurring interest and my credit score is worse off.

I have not received feedback, after requesting it on several occasions. Their agents, Lee and Nono are non-responsive on the phone. I send them texts and they do not respond or call. When I call their offices, there is no answer. I cannot get hold of anyone from the company for assistance.

I find their service atrocious! There is no transparency and I am unable to access my records.
