Iwish there was an option to give no star. Totally disappointed with this company. Their staff are so quick to smooth talk you with half truths but when you want to cancel your application there is just NOTHING! 4 Weeks of emails and messages and absolutely no response, no idea of a time line, no "we are working on this" or even "we have received your mail" just completely ignoring me. How long does it take to get a letter of cancellation????

24 Jun 2021, 13:17Dear Christine, we are sorry for the frustration, a letter of cancellation is easy enough, but what is not easy and is very time consuming, is to to inform every supplier, wait for confirmation letters and then only it goes to legal and the credit bureaux to ensure that every avenue is covered.
