debtco group
hellow I am not feeling happy about what debto group did with me .they said they cancel and send me a letter of cancilation.but I find out they not.i want to know its going to take how long to be clear .now I am stuck please help.

Cancellation is absolutely doable, but it is a lengthy and legal one *around 5- 10 days as all the creditors have to be contacted, we have to wait for letters of acknowledgement and the urgency is not always something every creditor understands. While it is frustrating, we have to remain compliant for the sake of our clients and our company. Should you have any problems in the future, please note that we have drastically improved our systems, changed phone providers and employed additional staff to deal with the huge influx of clients due to the current economic climate. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience
