Complaint
I recently took a loan.I was not told about not depositing at the ATM .I called the company and I was talking to a lady who was checking if the amounts I deposited as I took a loan with FNB and to my surprise I was listed under debt review with Debtcogroup.unfortunately she says she cannot see the funds but she will keep checking . The debit order that goes off just says Debt Review but when I got to the bank they said it was Debtco group . So it's been two weeks and I haven't received any feedback about my situation.Both numbers are not going through .
