You cannot be taking my money, and I have requested the letter of cancellation and you failing to give me. You will give me a heart attack I'm at Lenmed hospital with my 1month baby and you people become so selfish to this extent? Wow can you the at least stop taking my money please please

08 Jun 2021, 20:19Good day Mbali, please allow us to firstly congratulate you on the birth of your baby, a new life is always worth celebrating and stress is the very last thing that should be on your mind when you are a new parent. We admit that Debtco Group have had a bottle neck with a massive influx of new clients who have found themselves in financial distress after retrenchments or the current economic climate.
Debtco Group have invested in additional service platforms and manning all social media platforms to rectify the bottle neck where clients have been frustrated with service. With Covid 19, we also at times have limited personnel where we find ourselves in real life situations of emergency sanitations in the event of a staff member having had contact. This is NOT to make excuses, it is to explain that we have had to roll with the uncer*****y and needed to adapt, add and train new teams, add additional telephone staff to deal with influx and also going as far as changing suppliers because of dropped calls.
