Good day
On the 05 August I received a call from one of your agents Zuko Mdingi. He said he wanted to put me on dept review of which I refused and cut the call. The next thing I received emails saying I agreed and they signed all the paper work forging my signature everything was done without my consent.
I somehow believe what you guys do is ***** and you are violating my rights and privacy. On the documents you requested I attached my id, pay slip, bank statement and married which I didn’t send instead I ignored your email.
Can you please cancel this I DO NOT WANT it and bring back whatever you took on my credit card.
If this is not resolved I have no choice but to file a lawsuit against your organisation and Zuko Mdingi your consultant.
Please treat this email as a matter of urgency.
