Bad service

They contacted me and informed me about the monthly payment. They included a product that ran concurrently monthlyv payment with t them repeatedly, I informed them and decreased the amount but they couldn't refund me about my approximatly 4 payments of estimated R3800 When I try to call them, they ignore my emails and calls, Please help me. The other company that they should pay them are looking for their payment from me yet I have been paying them
