Assistance in getting cancelation from Debtcogroup

I want to write a review regarding this Debtcogroup company they took my account number, ID number they made a mendate that they have decreased all my debit orders to the amount they have made so I went to my bank regarding this issue only to find out that they are ****ming me they won't receive the money so we called them stating that I am canceling their ammandment I have been getting phone calls from them that I must give my ID copy and my Bank statement in order for them to continue with the agreement I stopped and never sent those documents so now they don't want to cancel me even when I did not send them the other documents please assist me, I'm being forced to send my bank statement in order for them to cancel me from their Debtcogroup now I'm having a problem paying my debts now cause they cannot take my debit orders because they don't want to cancel me and this makes errors for me that I must pay cause it's not the given date.
