How do I say thank you for all that you and your company did for me. It has been a very long five years. But with your assistance, guidance and understanding I made it. There was a time that I thought that I would not make it, but again Anna kept on encouraging me to carry on. I can’t believe that we can finally say it is over, it is also a very overwhelming feeling to know it is done. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Anna for all the assistance she has given me, and never once did she not respond or give me an answer if and when I was uncertain about something. I must compliment you and your team for the outstanding work that you do, by assisting us, the people that thought that we will drown in the system. Thank you for getting me through this, and please do not stop with what you are doing, your staff and your Company are the lifeline to people that do not see a way out.
