Debt911- Not adhering to promises

I app**** for Debt Mediation through Debt911, which was very eager to assist with my debt. The service was sold to me that I would not have any stress with regards to my creditors and that I will not receive any future calls about my debt. Payments were done according to the arrangements, only to be informed later that some of my creditors did not agree to a lower premium. Full payments still had to be done on e.g. Personal Loans, leaving me with little or no money at the end of the month.

First payments normally goes to the distribution company, then other installments would be distributed amongst my creditors. Upon receipt of my statements, I am still charged administration fees, which increased monthly. Needless to say, 3 months down the line I had to cancel the service as I have been handed over to attorneys and tracing units, still receiving calls from my creditors. I am now in a worse situation than before, as interest are charged on overdue accounts.

What is the purpose of debt mediation if I'm not assisted as promised. I know that bad debt is through my own doing, but then services should not be offered if the institution is not recognized by creditors.
