cancellation of debt review

It was on 2014 july when I try to open clothing account , then my application was not approved reason being I was on debt review. Then I found out that someone complete debt review on my behalf , I contact that company is in cape town then their explain to me that I have to write a letter and deposit R1000.00 of cancellation fees , then I did they way their request . Ive send the letter and proof of payment last year on december . In January I contacted the company requesting letter says im no longer in debt review and ask them to send it via email , since january till today , every time when I contacted that company they say their will do that .Now I want to buy myself a car their say im in debt review. I really dont understand that actually debt worker cc wants from me
