They've debited R950 into my account without my permission or any service provided. They did ***** actually, I've proofing WhatsApp with their consultant i asked her to call me November month, not their phone is not working and they don't reply their email. Any lawyer who can help me to sue them.

Debt Wise is a complete ****. The present themselves as some that can help you Same day with no upfront payment. A complete lie! They where going to fix 1 credit entry on my record same day. When I phoned the next day, they promised it would be done before the end of the day. On phoning them the following week that changed it to 21 days. No They don't answer the phone at all, I get an arbatary WhatsApp stating that I misunderstood. I managed to get the recording where they clearly ****, but still no joy. They proceeded to double debit my account. I am still trying to resolve that and now we are 3 weeks down the line and nothing. DO NOT USE THEM - THIS IS A COMPLETE ****!!

Remove my name from debtwise
They called me saying they will reduce my car installments even though I'm already ahead on my installment , but I had to pay money into their account, I refused to pay in their account and they put me under debt review

Debt wise Debits through Altech Nupay for no reason.
Absolute *****. I have been debited 950 rand but no services have been provided no communication either. Absolute *****. I need to be refunded asap or I will sue.

This company have debit the amount of R950 *******ly from my bank account isn't have any contract with them there number is not going through I have send emails and still no one is helping me to recover my money
