Non communication with client

i was under debts and was contacted by a lady to asses my budget in march this year.<br> i agreed and sent all need documentation,they started debiting cash but never got proof of payment until i requested it in July.<br> <br> they sent it and never communicated with me since,i tried calling them and they never answered,i sent e-mails and never rep**** until i sent them a request to cancel the contract on the 16th October 2015,they then rep**** via e -mail on the 20th saying they will call shortly. i've been waiting for that call till today.<br> <br> please help.
