I WANT ANSWERS ASAP

I have been paying every month like was supposed to now the bank phones me to tell me they have not received any payment please advice what have you been doing with the payments i would like to have some proof that you have send the payments to the bank. i have asked plenty times why have your company changed its name from today i still don`t have an answer my payment is still the same from the day it is debt review, is it not supposed to be less and that you are there to help an person. i would like feedback ASAP
