PROCEDURE AND CONTACT??????

I received my transunion report only to find I have been listed by Debt Tec. I carry NO knowledge as to what this is for and haven't received any correspondence as to this. Their numbers don't work and I cannot get hold of them to enquire as to why they blacklisted me as I would REALLY like to know what it is for. How was procedure followed??? as I am not even aware of this debt
