Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service This is unacceptable and Pathetic service, I spoke to Tebogo 2 weeks ago and she promised to get back to me last week Monday as I have paid the settlement amount and still haven't received or have they updated my ITC record. Tebogo promised me she was going to send me the letter and they were going to update the ITC record I still haven't head or received an email.

Can you please let me know when are you going to get back to me!
