Refusal of clearance certificate issuing

I was with Debt Switch in Debt Review. I called them to send a Clearance certificate which they claimed to be in old files and with Siyabonga Mkhubu. Whe i am sending them emails,they are not willing to assist me on getting my documents in order. Kindly help me to push thesw people to send me my clearance certificate
