Bad Service Rude staff

I have been under debt review for the past 10 years due to being married in community of property, however I got divorced in feb 2023 and have been trying to get my name removed from debt review. I no longer have any outstanding repayments under my name. I have tried numerous times to get this done by DEBT SOLUTIONS however they just keep sending me from pillar to post. Initially they asked for a decree which i sent to them they then asked for my id copy and proof of res which i also sent to them , now i have been trying to get assistance for the past week but no one ever gets back to you . So i called their office asked to speak to the manager so I could lay a formal complaint and instead of getting a call from the manager I got a call from the consultant that assisted me and she told me how she was doing me a favour by helping me with my query and that I should be invoiced for asking why my name is still under debt review and that they have a 10 business day turn around time "mind you all this was never ever mentioned to me before that call" so I want to complain about the ********** service I have recieved from this company they promise to call back and never do so... promise to email and never do so, The staff is Rude and *********.. And this organisation should be closed down if thats the kind of service that they provide... I will do whatever it takes to get my name cleared even if it means me taking this to the ombudsman...these companies make us sign our lives away and make it so difficult for u to get out of and agreement with them THIS NEEDS TO END
