Unresolved Open Close Case

I've been with DS4U since May 2024 and settled all my debts in Apri 2025, with no payment hassles or obsticles. This is by far the worst service ever, there communication skills are extremely poor, i continously have to follow up telephonically or via email regarding my clearance certificate , i eventually obtained the clearance certificate myself, sent it to them and 6 later i am still a sitting duck and unable to move forward. I do NOT recommend anyone to apply for assistance with them. I regret choosing DS4U as a clearing agent.
