POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been with Debt Solutions 4U since December 2024 and settled all my debts in August 2025, with no payment hassles or obstacles. Their customer service is by far the worst, the communication is extremely poor. I continuously have to follow up via email regarding my clearance certificate without any luck. Two of my accounts that were in the debt review process are seating with positive balances and accumulating interest, and am receiving threats of being blacklisted. I regret choosing DS4U as a clearing agent.
